Here are a few general conditions:

Setting

​

For one-on-one sessions, you can choose between an online setting (video chat via Google Meet) or a face-to-face meeting in the practice in the 6th district.

​

Relationship counseling with multiple people, with the exception of the first session, is only available face-to-face in the practice.

​

Everything you share with me during our sessions is, of course, subject to confidentiality and will stay strictly between us.

Finances

​

Before a possible first session, I'd recommend a short, free call (online or by phone), where we can get to know each other a bit, you can ask any questions you might have and tell me a bit about yourself and the issue that you need support with.

The first full session has a lower fee so that you can find out if counseling is for you and if you feel comfortable with me, without having to make a huge investment.

​

If needed, I am also happy to offer a discounted fee for the following sessions. I have a total of three slots for this - if you are interested just ask me if one of them is available.

Cancellations

​

Life doesn't always go according to plan.

If you need to cancel a session, here is what you need to know:

You can cancel online sessions beforehand free of charge.

​

You can cancel a scheduled session in the practice up to 28 hours in advance free of charge. For cancellations at shorter notice, I may have to charge an expense allowance  for the rent of the room. That is 20 € for one-on-one sessions and 30 € for relationship sessions.

If you cannot make it to a session but you don't cancel at all, I will charge the full price for the session.
